By downloading and using the Vafi application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The app is licensed to you 'as is' for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within Vafi are the property of Vafi and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Vafi offers optional Premium subscriptions. These are processed and managed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not handle your credit card information or billing details directly. Subscription management and cancellations are subject to Apple's standard terms and policies.

4. AI Disclaimer

Our service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to provide language feedback. While we strive for high accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or imprecise. Vafi is a study aid and should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional language instruction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vafi is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the application.
